On Misery

I give up.
On learning how to swim.
And other things.

I'm reading an anthology for a humanities class and the statement below stuck in my mind:
"You're both in the throes of misery, so you're blind to each other's misery"
--by Michio Hisauchi in Japan's Junglest Day

Don't give up woishee. I am also learning - after millions of years. This is the year I overcome my fear of the deep end.

Hehehe...and when you come out strutting in the bikini, you better have a good reason for wearing it since we cannot claim to be tanning.

@Ichiena,
so I'm not the only one learning how to swim...glad to have company! I have like 20 excuses: the cold, fear of drowning,...etc, but I just don't feel like I can do it.

Talking of bikinis, I have one I bought last year and never worn. Such a shame coz it's so cute.

@Princess,
I may just wait for summertime to resume lessons.

@Chatterly,
I'll just have to wear the bikini in a hot tub where I can't drown!

@Quintessence,
I don't wanna give up but may just postpone it.

It is cool quote.

As soon as I give up my relaxed hair I've promissed myself that I will learn how to swim.
